Ultrasound report template- normal male abdomen


USG SCAN of the abdomen was done. (Male patient)

Liver:
Mass lesions: nil
Portal vein: 11 mm. at porta.
 CBD and biliary tree: normal appearance.

GALL BLADDER:
Shape and size: poorly distended.
Walls—normal.

SPLEEN:
Shape and size: normal
Mass:-- nil

PANCREAS:
Normal appearance.

KIDNEYS:
Size: Lt--  Rt---
Both kidneys appear normal. No pelvicalyceal dilation is seen.
Renal parenchymal thickness: Lt.-   1.5 cms          Rt.—1.6 cms
Perirenal spaces are normal.
No evidence of renal cysts seen.


PARAAORTIC REGIONS:
Any mass/ lymph nodes:-- no mass or lymph nodes seen.

URINARY BLADDER:
Distension—normal
Any trabeculation: no evidence of trabeculation seen.
Calculus: no calculus is present
Diverticulum: no diverticulum is seen.


OPINION:
USG scan suggests Both kidneys appear normal.
There is no evidence of renal cysts.
Urinary bladder appears normal.
Liver shows no evidence of mass lesions.
