Fibroid of cervix in 19 week pregnancy:
These two ultrasound video clips show a large fibroid involving the lower uterine segment and upper cervix in a 19 week pregnancy. The fetal head is seen towards the left with the urinary bladder seen towards the right of the video. The mass was poorly vascular and affected the anterior wall of the cervix. The fetus showed normal body movements and appeared healthy.

3-D ultrasound image of appendix of testis:
B- mode ultrasound image shows the appendix of the testis with surrounding tunica vaginal fluid (a small hydrocele). The testicular appendage appendage is seen projecting into the fluid.
