Sonography of a case of distal ureteral calculus

This middle-aged male patient has a history of urinary Stone disease. Ultrasound images of this patient show bilateral renal calculi with right hydronephrosis and hydroureter. The cause of hydroureter is a 10 mm. calculus in the distal ureter. In addition, the right kidney also shows a large cortical cyst.
